In October 2024, Artemyn reached a significant milestone by participating in the Japan TAPPI Annual Meeting, held in Takasaki from October 9 to October 10.
This prestigious event brings together leaders and innovators from the pulp and paper industries, providing an ideal platform for Artemyn to showcase our innovative solutions, spanning Pulp & Paper applications.
Although newly independent, Artemyn is built on decades of experience. Founded in July 2024 after the Flacks Group acquired the Imerys assets, Artemyn leverages the deep expertise of our teams, who have been active for many years. We combine this rich history with a dynamic innovative approach, as an independent company, to meet the evolving needs of our clients with agility and efficiency.
Our team members, Estuya Misawa, Yusuke Aikama, and Tatsuya Narahara, had the opportunity to engage with industry professionals, showcasing our latest technological advancements and products focused on sustainability. The main topic of the 2024 meeting centered on demonstrating innovative engineering approaches for pitch control in pulp processing, with an emphasis on practical solutions. At the Artemyn booth, visitors could explore not only our conventional mineral solutions with Carbonate, Capim Kaolin, and Talc, but also new product innovations such as EcoBright, a powerful bleaching aid for various pulps, and Capim BC, designed specifically for biomass boiler applications in Japanese paper mills.
