This year, our team had the pleasure of attending TAPPICon 2025, one of the leading events for the paper and packaging industry. Bringing together technology leaders, researchers, and industry professionals, the conference was an excellent opportunity to showcase our expertise and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
Our booth was a vibrant meeting point throughout the event. Our team welcomed numerous clients and partners, engaging in meaningful discussions about the latest innovations, market challenges, and future collaboration opportunities. These face-to-face interactions were invaluable for gaining insights and aligning our solutions with real-world needs. All Artemyn team in the event: Mario Seixas – Americas VP, Sébastien Darmon – Global Marketing Director, Mark Thorne – Sales Manager, Janet Preston – Senior Scientist, Leslie McLain – BD Director, Gregg Reed – Tech Support Paper & Board and Perry Veal -Technical Support of P&B
Janet Preston delivered two high-impact presentations during the event. The first, co-presented with Martti Toivakka, focused on the effects of pre-damping in flexographic printing, highlighting how surface moisture can enhance ink absorption and improve print quality. Her second presentation addressed coating optics, demonstrating how using S&K parameters can optimize brightness and visual coverage – even on darker recycled board and at lower coat weights.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this year’s conference. Whether attending the talks, visiting our stand, or collaborating with us throughout the year, our clients and partners remain at the core of our innovation journey. We look forward to connecting again at the next edition!
